Good food. Tables are spaced apart nicely. Servers were attentive. Food came quickly. A little pricey for the portion sizes.
The food is excellent. Best Indian in the Princeton area. The service is good too. However, when I went to pay with my gift certificate, the waiter refused to give me any change back when I had a dollar or two remaining, He would not give me the gift cert. back either. This is despite giving a good tip. I will eat there again, but I will never buy another gift certificate there again.
It's a restaurant with a great ambience and courteous service. The executive luncheon there has the right portion size and is quite tastefully prepared. The dal that comes with it feels like home cooking. You get a fresh naan with a choice of one of a dozen or so entrees and basmati rice. I can't think of any other restaurant in the Princeton area that matches Cross Culture in quality, price or service.

Somewhat disappointed. Service was attentive but the lighting so dim it was impossible to read the menu. There wasn't a table cloth so you could feel "sticky" of the wood edge of the table. For a more upscale Indian restaurant, the food arrived without even a simple cilantro leaf as a contrasting garnishment to make the presentation more attractive. The basmati rice was not arromatic and seemingly cheap as it was not the nice long grain variety. We had a chicken chilli and some lamb dish. Both kinda of one note and at $18.95 for the lamb, I expected more complex flavor. Since there are so many Indian restaurants in the area, I'm in no rush to return.
