DO NOT STAY HERE. SCAM ARTIST STOLE ALMOST 300$ Owners were polite and nice at the beginning we stayed here for several months and paid too much frankly for the out of shape place. After moving out the owner was insanely unprofessional and rude, refused to give our refundable deposits backs, accused us of damage, later admitted it wasnt our fault and then had the nerve to refuse us our refund based on our attitude. Absolutely incomprehensible how difficult this man is to have a discussion with, so incredibly arrogant. We were nothing but polite and professional where as he was rude, passive aggressive, and immature. Worst customer service Ive ever had to deal with we are having to get a tenancy board and a lawyer involved.
I DO NOT recommend anyone to stay at this place! Do not give a deposit for any room as you will likely have to fight to get it back!!! Good luck! I believe the owner is a fraud! Do your research!
If you like staying in dated, poorly managed motel this is the place for you. Landlord is a BULLY and totally unprofessional, I would never recommend this motel to anyone, and if you are going through Princeton I am sure there are other better managed establishments.
Have been staying here for the past few months as I am moving to Princeton and now have purchased my home. Yes the building is Dated but for a building that is close to 100 years old it's not too shabby. The owners are warm friendly - their son is an absolute awesome person who works very hard. They all have been working hard to repair, clean and update the property. Even some of the guests have given a hand! The only issue I have had is other guests staying long term have a habit of not minding their own business and spread rumor, gossip and spiteful things if the managers here don't agree with behaviors.Keep up your efforts Deerview!
I spent a month here for my practicum and I really enjoyed my stay. Room's warm, beds comfy, good space and good convenient location to work. I was very lucky to get a good room and free laundry! Many thanks!
