Very bad experience. got the package 4 days late do NOT USE this service.
Phone calls ignored - routed to an automatic voice mail informing you your call will be disconnected as party unavailable. Missing parcel is blamed on sub on duty and not the regular mail carrier- no apology - no resolution or call back to update on investigation. Will have to resort to security camera footage in building to substantiate claim.
Mailed a priority package (2-day) at 6AM. As of 8PM, still no tracking information - that's 14 hours! Is this how they meet the 2 day time frame?
This location totally dropped the ball. Didn't hold my mail as requested. Then a manager or supervisor didn't bother to take responsibility at all. No empathy. They NEVER answer the phone......like EVER! I finally got a hold of the post master..not sure her name but she was more than helpful in locating my missing mail. Someone should consider retraining or replacing some of the staff at this location.
Very very bad. They delivered a very light and fragile package for me, insured. It was written on it. They delivered it 1 day in advance without notice so I could not stay home. They said "front porch" on the tracking but when I came back at night my package had been thrown in the garden, full of humidity, far from my front door and porch. The package was damaged. I filled a case and I'm waiting for somebody to call back. What a shame service, very bad people.
